| USPS first class shipping and handling is a reasonable $4.50 for the first auction and $2.50 for each additional identical auction. I ship via the United State Post Office (USPS) only. Multiple auctions MUST be shipped in the same package AND be paid for in one payment. Insurance is optional, and can be purchased upon checkout. First class shipping normally takes 3-7 days anywhere in the Continental US. |

Canada - USPS airmail shipping and handling is $5.50 for the first auction and $3.50 for each additional identical auction.
Worldwide - USPS airmail shipping and handling is $9.00 for the first auction and $4.00 for each additional identical auction.
Multiple auctions MUST be shipped in the same package AND be paid for in one payment. Insurance is optional, and can be purchased upon checkout. Although I ship promptly, I can make no guarantees as to when you will receive your package. Generally, USPS airmail is 7-10 days anywhere in the world, but I've seen it take as long as 6 weeks - please allow for this when ordering. |
| I've bid on multiple items, how much is shipping? |
I offer a shipping discount on combined orders.
If you are purchasing multiple items (either identical or different) from me - please pay after you have completed bidding on all the items you intend to purchase.
Here is how I determine the shipping discount:
Let's say you buy three different items: The first item has a shipping price of $5.00 plus $2.00 for each additional identical item. The second item has a shipping price of $2.50 plus $1.00 for each additional identical item. The third has a shipping price of $3.50 plus $1.50 for each additional identical item.
The shipping total would be $7.50 (the total of the shipping charges shown in blue above). In this example you would save $3.50 over buying and paying for the items separately.
If you have questions regarding the proper payment amount, I will send you a combined invoice with the proper shipping discount. I send invoices at least once a day.
Please remember, I only give the discount if I ship in one package and you make only one payment.

There are many thoughts on when to leave feedback. I leave feedback after I receive feedback. This way I know that you have received the product, and the transaction has been successful. I feel negative feedback should be left as a last result, and is almost never necessary. |
| Warranty/Return Information |
If at any time within one year of purchase (365 days), your battery fails to perform, send it back for a replacement or a full refund (does not include shipping). Warranty limited to refund of purchase price ONLY (please include auction number as your proof of purchase). The one-year warranty is with me (not the manufacturer). If it fails, return it to me. |
