PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS (unless notified via e-mail that it will be made later) after 7 days the item will be re-listed and the unpaid dispute process will begin.

Feed Back

Feedback will be left after feedback is received. I do this in order to know that the product is received and that the buyer is satisfied. If a problem should arise I ask the buyer to contact me so that we can find a solution to the problem. This is not a means to say that if you leave me negative feedback that I will leave you negative feedback. After we have tried to resolve a problem (if one should occur) and the buyer still feels they need to leave negative feedback, I will not retaliate by leaving negative feedback also, as long as they buyer has held up there end of the deal as a buyer.

Shipping Details

All orders placed before 12:00p.m. Est. will ship the same day, (excluding holidays and weekends). All orders placed after 12:00p.m est. will be shipped the next business day. All shipping fees are established by the weight of the package. For domestic shipping a $1.00 handling charge is added to cover the cost of shipping supplies. (International shipping includes a $1.50handling fee.) I offer shipping via USPS and UPS. If another service is preferred please advise me through the ask seller a question link and I will try to accommodate your request if the service is available in my area. Additional handling charges may apply.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for 7 days after the delivery of item. I have to be notified via email within the 7 days and item has to be returned to me immediately. Returns will be exchanged for the same item. If the item is no longer available, then you will receive merchandise credit. All Refunds are based on case to case bases.
