RETURNS
• Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the customer within 7 days of receipt. • If for any reason we accept a return for an item sold to you on eBay that is NOT defective, damaged, or a misship, we reserve the right to reclaim our listing and payment costs associated with the initial sale.
• No returns will be accepted without an RMA # Call 1-800-262-4160.
• All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards.
• Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange.
• Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model only.
