Eyepiece focus adapter set...

The prime focus of the camera on the Sbig STV is quite different from the eyepiece... In each of the 3 camera modes, the telescope focus must be adjusted, (a bunch...) if you wish to use the eyepiece to view the object, and then replace the eyepiece with the camera to image it. The eyepiece adapter places the eyepiece at the correct distance for focus, so that the camera can be exchanged with minimum refocus required. designed to be used with the... (The focus tube (turned from a pvc coupler and slip-friction fit in the extention tube) holds a 1-1/4" eyepiece (I use a 35mm), and the adaptor (also turned from a pvc coupler and friction fit on the outside of the extention tube) is designed to fit as a 2" eyepiece, ... the SBIG camera needs to be fitted with its' 2" adaptor)

- NOTE: If you have a different camera that you wish to use this focus adapter with, You may create extenuation tubes to suit your needs, with readily available PVC tubing.
