Payment
We accept Paypal only. All Payments must be received within (7) seven days. We will send a payment reminder. After seven days we will file a non-paying bidder report and re-list the item.
Sales Tax
If your shipping address is in the state of Missouri you must pay 7.075% Missouri sales tax on the entire amount due, including the shipping and handling cost.
Shipping and Handling
We ship Monday through Friday at 4:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST). Payments received after 4:00 PM CST will on the next work day.
We ship all of our items via USPS 1st Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx ground.
All shipping charges are final.
We offer a 50% shipping and handling (combined shipping) discount on the purchase of two or more items from Showmecable. In order to be eligible for combined shipping all items must be combined into one payment. Our combined shipping policy is: we charge 100% of the highest S&H amount for the first item and 50% of that charge for each additional item. Combined shipping is NOT offered on items with FREE S&H. We reserve the right to combine these items to save on labor and packing material costs.
We are not able to ship freight collect and charge the shipping to the account of the buyer or a third party.
If you refuse a package which is then sent back to us we will deduct any charge placed upon us from the amount of the refund. Those charges are in addition to the shipping and handling charges that you paid when you purchased the item.
International Sales
We are currently selling only to the US and Canada. At this time we can not ship overseas. We reserve the right to cancel any auctions from overseas bidders without notice. Canadian bidders, please inquire about shipping charges prior to the end of the auction.
Insurance Policy
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once they leave our facility. Insurance is optional and charges will be listed when an invoice is sent to you.
Refunds and Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated in the item description ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the rare event that item is defective or damaged in transit (see insurance policy) the following steps are to be followed:
• Email us with detailed description of the problem at hand (include eBay auction number)
• Request an RMA #
• Return the item in the same condition as received with no damage, marking or alteration
• Include all manuals, packaging, accessories, power cords etc.
• Include a copy of the eBay invoice with the item
• Include a copy of the RMA with the item
• Include a description of problem with the item.
• Pack the item so that it will arrive without being damaged. (Treat it as if it were new)
• Write the RMA # clearly on the box.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and is not included in the refund.
We reserve the right to either repair or replace the item. If at any time we feel that you have acted in a manner that is not consistent with eBay Values in your transaction with us we will rescind your right to a refund from us.
Feedback
We will not leave feedback until we are 100% certain that our customer is happy. We consider the customer 100% happy when he/she leaves feedback. At that time will reciprocate in kind.
