BY BIDDING, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. Shipping for International order -E-mail before bidding. Orders to AK, PR and HI SLIGHLTY HIGHER
2. As this is an auction, all auction sales are final and non-cancelable. All warranties are limited and as such do not cover compatibility of products with your system, misuse, mishandling, or lack of technical expertise.
3. Image and Specifications: The item depicted is for illustrative purposes only. All specifications are subject to correction or change without notice or obligation. Item descriptions are taken from manufacturers web site.
4. Returns and Exchanges: Exchange for same/similar product as per warranty specified above. All defective products may be repaired, exchanged, or replaced based upon our or the manufacturer's warranty. If the warranty is w/ manufacturer, please contact manufacturer.
5. We must assign a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number) prior to the return of a defective product. All returns require an RMA number, which must appear on your return packing label. If the RMA number is missing the product will be refused. Returned products need to be in the original condition and packaging. Do not write on manuals or original boxes (this will void any warranty). All returned products will be tested. If a product is not defective, a minimum 20% restocking fee and return shipment will be charged to the buyer.
6. Shipping of Product: Shipping charges are non-refundable. The buyer must arrange for receipt of the product. If you will not be available at the shipping address when the carrier comes to deliver, please coordinate a solution with the carrier (such as leaving a delivery acceptance note on the door). All returned or refused shipments are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee to the buyer. There will be an additional fee to the buyer for incorrect or mistyped shipping addresses.
7. Warranty does not cover you not liking a product, ordering the wrong product, description (description is provided by manufacturer - contact them if you have any questions on their description of items) or any other "excuse". Warranty only covers repair/replacement of defective units.
8. Lost items in shipping - Buyer must inform us within 20 days after ship date. Replacement item will only be sent upon payment of claim by shipping company. About 2 weeks for UPS and 30 to 60 days for USPS. All orders are shipped UPS, except PO BOX deliveries and APO, FPO and shipments to AK and HI which are sent by USPS. All items include insurance.
9. Feedback - We will post feedback within 3 days after we receive feedback. Please do not e-mail to ask for feedback. We will automatically post after we receive feedback. Non Payment of auction bid will receive negative feedback and a NPB warning will be filed.
10. DON'T BID IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE POLICIES. They are posted here so you can make a better decision when deciding to make a bid, not to look "pretty" or fill up space. We will abide by these same policies to protect you, the bidder and us.
