International Shipping and Handling
Items bought at a fixed price through our Ebay Store are valid for shipment outside of the USA. We send the item via United States Global Express Mail. Delivery time is between 3 and 10 days. Your item will ship within 4 working days of payment, and you will be sent a confirmation e-mail once it is dispatched. The international shipping rates are below. The $2.50 insurance charge is mandatory.

* Canada: $23.00
* Most of western Europe (excluding UK, Spain and Portugal and some other countries): $ 37.00, insurance included
* UK, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Korea, HK: $ 39.00, insurance included

* Our invoices are declared at full value. You are responsible for any taxes, charges, or brokerage fees associated with your local customs bureau. We will include all of the necessary documents and declarations to make customs clearance as fast and as smooth as possible.

Payment
We accept Paypal (preferred), certified/bank checks, and US money orders. Personal checks will be held until they clear. We DO not accept any certified checks or money orders from outside the United States.

New York State Sales Tax
All orders within New York State will be charged the current New York City sales tax of 8.375%. All orders outside of New York are tax free. To qualify, BOTH your billing and shipping address must be outside of New York.

7-Day, "No-Questions-Asked" Refunds (USA Customers Only)
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you may return it for a full refund within seven days of your receipt of the product. Unless it is defective, the item must be in unused re-saleable condition with all original packaging and documentation. You will be credited for your full purchase less our initial shipping charge. Additionally, you are responsible for the shipping costs of your return. There is no “restocking” fee.

International Return Policy
We only accept international returns for two reasons: (1) we have shipped you the incorrect item or (2) your item arrives not in the described condition. We must be notified within 7 days of your receipt of the item. Please note that international buyers are responsible for ALL shipping charges on returned or exchanged items. Warranty
FlavorPhoto is an authorized reseller of Lomographic Cameras. Each camera includes a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects - guaranteed through the Lomographic Society International.
