We process and ship all purchases directly after payment has been received/confirmed. Thus your package will be shipped the same or next business day after we receive payment. (Excluding check holds). We will gladly combine winning auctions to save on shipping costs, simply wait till all your auctions of interest are closed and pay for your winners with one payment(our checkout system will automatically figure the discounted shipping and provide an accurate low shipping cost on the invoice). Being an online business we know our products need to be packed and shipped, therefor the costs associated with this is figured into our cost of doing business and hence figured into the actual price of the item. We do not take advantage of our customers by slipping an extra $2-$5 on them as a hidden "handling" charge. What we charge for shipping is estimated as close as possible to what we get charged, nothing more. We ask that all combined winnings are within a seven day period, please. We only ship to US addresses, no international shipping !
All purchases come with dated sales receipt for manufacturer warranty purposes. We also guarantee that the items you purchase are what we say they are. Read the item description carefully, all defects we find are disclosed there, but we're not technicians in a lab and can't test 100% every item we list. If in doubt email us before bidding. If you receive something that is blatantly been misrepresented, email us first(within 3 days of delivery), we gladly replace any misrepresented item immediately. After 7 days of delivery any such claims should be forwarded to the manufacturer, if applicable.
