All of our products are 100% brand new. If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 14 calendar days for a replacement. If you have any problems after 14 days, please contact the manufacturer. All returns must be authorized with an RMA#. Packages without an RMA# will not be accepted. Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. This includes: boxes, instruction manuals and blank card. Products returned without factory original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued (this includes shipping and handling). Exchange only.
