PRODUCT CONDITION: Products must be returned in NEW and UNUSED condition as shipped from the manufacturer. We accept returns of unopened packages only (except replacements of a defective item). All Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without any markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in other than new condition will be subject to a 20% minimum restocking fee. DEFECTIVE REPLACEMENTS: For products returned in accordance with this policy, you should receive replacement within 10 Business days from the date we receive the merchandise.
