CUSTOMER SUPPORT: We provide unlimited FREE telephone application
support for all ALZO digital products. We are one of the only photo
retailers who operate a photo studio and use all of the products that
we sell.
GUARANTY: This product is guaranteed to be NEW merchandise
in perfect condition. All ALZO digital products (excluding light
bulbs) include a comprehensive 1 year warranty covering material or
manufacturing defects.
RETURNING A PRODUCT: All returns require "Return
Authorization" obtained by
calling 800-582-7009 between 10:00 am 4:00 pm Eastern time, Monday -
Friday. Shipping of returns is the sole responsibility of the sender.
All returned products will incur a 20% restock fee. Returned product
payments will be made by check in the name of the purchaser.
RETURN PRODUCT CONDITION. Products must be returned with
all original packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction
manuals, warranty cards, products and accessories must be returned in
their ORIGINAL condition without signs of damage, markings, folds, defacing
or misuse. ALZO 300 lights require special packaging in order to
prevent damage in shipping. Specific instructions will be sent for the
return of ALZO 300 lights.
Products returned in other than "NEW" condition as received will be
subject to a depreciation fee determined after return inspection. The
condition of returned products will be assessed exclusively by Akces
Media LLC.
REPLACEMENTS & UPGRADES. Customers requesting replacement or
upgrade products will receive
new products within
10 Business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
