Please read all below information carefully! Due to the post office's rate increase effective May 2008, please take note that shipping AND handling fees and the optional, yet very highly recommended, insurance costs may be slightly different than I've been able to bring you up until this point in the past. These rate changes are huge, not really small and barely noticeable! All Ebay auctions fees that have increased as well are also worked into the starting price of all of my auctions and/or shipping costs as well! My apologies for the rate increase, but I must pay it; therefore, it must be passed on to the consumer to cover all expenses that are incurred.
ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Up for your consideration is this brand new, factory sealed, 3M brand Post-It Picture Paper. This picture paper is 4X6 and it is Semi Gloss, super sticky on the backside. Each package contains 25 sheets, total of 150 sheets here! This paper is easy to put up and removes easily; provides sharp color and is compatible with most major brands of inkjet printers (excluding Canon Selphy compact photo printers). There is not a list of camparible printers listed on these packages, just that one Canon brand is excluded. Great buy! Please take note, insurance will be listed as "optional" on your invoice. Although optional, I do highly recommend purchasing insurance as I am NOT responsible for any items that may be lost and/or damaged through the USPS once they leave my hands! PAYMENTS:
I prefer payment through Paypal using either Paypal funds or a credit/debt card. IF paying via Paypal, please note that I can not ship, or sell, to anyone UNCONFIRMED THROUGH PAYPAL!!!! Please note - this is based on not only my protection, but also upon Paypal's Seller Protection Policy! If ANY payments are made through Paypal and if you are NOT CONFIRMED, I will refund you your money back immediately and ask that you please send out a POSTAL money order to me for your items!!!! If you would like to bid on my items and are not confirmed through Paypal, I am willing at this time to also accept Post Office (postal) money orders as well. Please take note, if paying by means of a postal money order, ALL Money Orders MUST be sent out within 24 hours of the auction ending as these do take time to receive based on your location! I will also need to be advised as to when the money order was sent out. Money Orders generally take up to one week to receive, that is why I am willing to take them, but again, I do prefer Paypal. Payment is due on ALL auctions within 48 hours. I will accept payment up to 72 hours after the auction has ended. Please contact me immediately if you will require more time. I am a pretty understanding seller as long as you contact me and keep in touch! INTERNATIONAL BUYERS MUST CONTACT ME PRIOR TO MAKING ANY PURCHASES! BIDDING ON ITEMS:
I realize that there are some people old and new to Ebay. I would prefer that no one with a feedback score of less than 50 place a bid on my items. If you would like to bid on my items and you do have a low feedback score, I ask that you please CONTACT ME PRIOR to placing any bids on the items I have for sale. This is due to several factors: many people new to Ebay are not confirmed through Paypal, there are some scams on Ebay that chose "Buy it Now's" and then unlist themselves through Ebay, etc. There are many variables. If you are bidding no my items and have a history at all of non-payment or seller's trying to contact you with no response back, I do reserve my right to cancel the bid of a buyer with that type of history. I will first email you before doing this, if need be. You WILL receive a notice reminder within 48 hours if payment has not been received. This is not meant to be a rude message, just a reminder to give you a heads up that you have won and item and a reminder as to when payment is due by!
CONDITION OF ITEMS/RETURN POLICY:
I do take the time to list all of my items very carefully. I do not want any buyers to be unhappy at all with their purchases. If something is new, I will list it that way. If something is used, I will best describe the condition of the item. Any of the items that I sell I would happily use for myself. I don't buy junk, therefore, I don't sell junk. The quality of items that you receive from me, I'm sure that you will be pleased. I currently do not have a return policy in place. All items that you will receive are as is, described to the best of my ability.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:
My auctions will state whether I ship Priority Mail, or First Class Mail. You will sometimes have a choice between the two if the item for sale is not that large, or lightweight. Shipping charges are non-negiotable and are increasing effective May 2008. This is for ALL Priority Mail boxes as well as Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes. Insurance costs have also increased as well. Shipping AND handling charges ARE set and they are what they are! There are seven shipping zones in the United States of America. WEST COAST AND MID-WEST (CENTRAL AND PACIFIC TIME ZONES) U.S.A. FOLKS - PLEASE EMAIL ME FOR A QUOTE BECAUSE SHIPPING IS MORE EXPESIVE TO SHIP ACROSS THE COUNTRY AS I RESIDE ON THE EAST COAST!
***INSURANCE***:
This is a big category. Insurance on every single item that I sell will be listed on your invoice upon winning an item as "optional". Although optional, please consider several factors. I sell many fragile items such as candles. If you DO NOT purchase insurance and an item does not safely make it to you, I can not, and will not, refund you for your purchase price!!! This is what the insuarance is for! This goes for the possiblity of candles melting during the warm months as well!!!! If you DO purchase insurance and for some reason you receive an item broken or damaged, please contact me immediately and we will together work on the USPS Broken Items/Damaged Claim that I will need to mail to you. I am not, and can not, be held responsible for the post office's mishandling of items once they leave my hands. So, I'm asking that you please consider this carefully. I purchase insurance on almost every single candle/fragile item that I purchase on Ebay. Insurance is based on price as well. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY - any items sold on any of my auctions that are over $50 in price INCLUDING shipping costs, insurance will be REQUIRED AS WELL AS DELIVERY CONFIRMATION (TRACKING)!!! It would be a waste to spend a lot of money on something that for some reason does not reach you, gets stuck in a postal "delivery loop", etc. I can not stress enough to consider purchasing insurance. This is VERY important!!!! Packages DO get lost!!!!!!!!!!

As a seller, I will gladly leave you feedback once you receive your items and I find that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you receive an item that isn't what you expected, broken, not in good shape, etc., kindly contact me first. We all enjoy positive feedback. There is no reason to leave negative or neutral feedback because as adults, I do not feel that there is any problem too big or too small. PLEASE NOTE - PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ME NEGATIVE/NEUTRAL FEEDBACK IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO INSURE ITEMS AND THEY DON'T MAKE IT TO YOU, ARRIVE TATTERED/BROKEN.
