Defective items can only be exchanged for same identical item only.Buyer must return defective item back to seller before a replacement item can be ship out.Prior to returning any order, buyer must contact seller via email for authorization.All return orders must include your eBay user ID, eBay item # and a brief reason for the return order.We will not process a return order without this required info.
