Shipping

We pride ourselves in shipping goods as quickly as possible. In most instances, we ship out the same day if the order is received before noon (EST). We occasionally take longer to pull, package and ship products due to high order volume. Shipping Charges are a calculation of product weight, quantity, & shipping region. In most instances the shipping calculation equals the actual shipping charges that the carrier bills us. In the rare instance the calculation is off we will inform you of any necessary changes. Sorry we can not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy

Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) before attempting to return any merchandise! All merchandise can be returned within 30 days of invoice date for a refund amount of the original merchandise price. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. In the event of a mistake, we will pay for return shipping charges. If merchandise is returned after 30 days of invoice an additional 15% restocking fee will be incurred.
