NO returns will be accepted for any reason other than phone malfunctioning or dead on arrival. All claims must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Otherwise, this phone is sold as is after this 14-day period. If seeking a payment refund, there will be a 15% restock fee (no restock fee for replacement of defective phones unless there is cosmetic damages like scratches, which is an additional $10 restock fee. Returns missing accessories will also incur an additional $10 restock fee.)
