Warranty & Returns:

• All Items are covered by a NON-DOA warranty. If item fails to function upon delivery, inform us within (3) days. We will provide you return instructions. Item must be returned within 30 days of the auction ends. We will replace or repair the item.
• Buyer need to contact us before sending any thing back. We will accept postage paid returns only after a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) has been obtained from us. Items must be in original condition. Sending the item back without notification will reject the item. Buyers are responsible for all shipping cost. We can not honor warranty if item was tampered with, damaged in shipping or lost in shipping.
• Please do not refuse parcel because sometimes we ship directly from our partners and in case of refusal to collect parcel they charge up to $35 to $65 per shipment. We will make every attempt to repair or replace the item in a timely manner.
