We are currently mailing USPS First Class Mail International packages on Wednesdays only, and the orders must be paid for by 9am US Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday morning to go out for the current week. Orders paid for after 9am EST on Wednesdays will not go out until the following Wednesday. We appologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
This ONLY applies for packages mailed by USPS First Class Mail International. For all other shipping methods, including International Priority & Express, we always try to mail the packages within 24-48 hours of completed payment.
We offer the following services to ship our international packages:

*The typical transit time for First Class Mail International is 7-14 days, however packages sometimes get delayed for unknown reasons and at times can take 30+ days to arrive in some countries. If you must have your package fast we would strongly recommend an upgrade to Priority or Express shipping which also provides free online tracking of your package to many destinations. Please note that all transit times are only estimates provided by the postal carrier and can sometimes be delivered sooner or even take longer arrive. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package leaves our care. Although we have not had many problems with international shipments, we do still require international buyers to purchase insurance for their protection.
Standard handling charges are applied to each item and are included in the total shipping price shown.

| Combined Shipping/Handling: |

YES, We do combine shipping for multiple item purchases. The charges are calculated automatically based on the total estimated package weight and you still have the option to choose the shipping method that best fits your needs. On most items we charge a $4 handling fee for the first item and then just a $1 (or 75% off) hadling fee to each additional item. This is in addition to the estimated USPS or UPS shipping charges and is already included in the s/h price shown in the auction. The handling fee pays for our time and supplies to prepare your item(s) for safe transport. Unlike many sellers we take great care in packaging your item(s) rather than just throwing them into an envelope or box. We want your purchase(s) to arrive in the exact condition we send them out and this usually takes more time and packing materials. We only charge what we feel is fair and unlike some sellers we will not overinflate our s/h fees just to start our auctions out at a penny. If you disagree with our shipping and handling fees for any reason please do not bid as there will be no exceptions to the charges.
Some items may be too big, heavy or fragile to combine with other items and for those we will always try to state that in the auction just below the description. Some items may also include higher handling charges (shipping boxes alone for large items can cost up to $10+), however all handling charges are always included in the s/h price provided in the auction.
We sometimes run auctions with FREE shipping. For those items there is no handling charge and they are shipped by the method that we choose (shipping upgrades are always available for an additional charge). If you combine a "free shipping" item with another item without free shipping we will generally give a slight discount on the first shipping charge, however the amount varies by item.
We ask that you please respect our shipping/handling charges stated in the auctions as we will not provide further discounts than that stated above. Thank you!

Although we very rarely have problems with shipping carriers losing or damaging packages, it can happen. We cannot be held responsible for packages after they leave our care and therefore recommend insurance for your protection. If insurance is purchased your package will be insured through Auctiva. Please see the table below for insurance cost.

WEBKINZ: Due to the nature of the items, all Webkinz items are sold as-is and are non-returnable for any reason. In the rare case that you should have a problem with an online code associated with a product you will need to contact the website support to resolve the issue, however we will never leave you stranded and will always help out as much as we can with any issues. We inspect everything carefully prior to shipping and for your protection we always recommend purchasing insurance in the rare case that an item is damaged during transit.
ALL OTHER ITEMS: We do accept returns on most other items. Just contact us within 3 days of receiving the package to inform us of the problem and we will do what we can to resolve the issue. Items being returned will only be accepted for refund with prior authorization and must be received back to us in the same condition as when we mailed it. For your protection we always recommend purchasing insurance in the rare case that an item is damaged in transit. |
