Item must be returned 30 days after receiving the item in order to be eligible for a full refund. Returns will only be accepted if the item has not been opened, damaged or DOA (Dead on Arrival). If an undamaged item is returned, there is a 15% restocking fee. Undamaged items will only be accepted if the item is still sealed in it's original box, unopened, and must be in resalable condition.
