- Any defective units must obtain an RMA # before return.

Exchange/Return: Products can not be returned for reasons other than defectiveness. All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges of returned units. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Items that are sold are guaranteed against DOA (Dead-on-Arrival). Items that are sold AS-IS or used are not covered by our return policy. If an item arrives and is deemed defective, then it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, the DOA guarantee expires. If you do not agree with this please do not buy! Any return shipment due to an undeliverable address will be re-sent after we are contacted by buyer, if the buyer pays the additional shipping charges. The buyer is responsible to contact us if the shipment returned to us is due to an undeliverable address. We do not refund shipping and handling charges under any circumstances.
Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the date you placed your order. Please contact us to get an RMA number BEFORE sending out your exchange. Goods without an RMA number will NOT be accepted. Please write the RMA number on the returning package.

All of the items that we sell are physically IN-STOCK in our warehouse in Portsmouth, New Hampshire Customer will be billed the ACTUAL shipping costs with NO Handling Charges averaging between $250.00 and $300.00 in the contiguous continental U.S. within 100 miles of major cities, please be aware that your locationor may be outside of our shipping area.

We also have pick-ups from UPS daily and often make the trip to FedEx, DHL, or the U.S. Post Office, most days, to ensure our customers receive their products as quickly as possible.
Shipping Expectations: We usually process orders within 1 business day. If you pay us by paypal, please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to ship your order to a different address other than the shipping address listed in paypal. Once you have completed the checkout/payment, we will not be able to send your order to another shipping address. Please allow 3-5 Business days for order processing.
For domestic U.S. shipping we strongly recommend that you insure your delivery by adding the option during checkout. International shipping insurance is required. Otherwise, we are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Shipping and handling costs come from the expense of packaging, supplies, service charge, filling the order, transaction fees, advanced audit testing, & rigorous quality control. We don't charge a Shipping & Handling fee to help save our valued customers even more money.
