A Return Materials Authorization with Return Instructions must be issued before an item is Returned and can take up to 2 Business Days to process.
If item is Dead On Arrival or Defective and items is still in stock, a replacement can be issued upon return of the item.
A Full Refund will be issued for Damaged or Defective items if the Replacement option is voided or non-applicable and the Return Guidelines are followed by the customer.
