Payments
Brimes International will gladly accept PayPal, Money Order, Cashier's Check or Wire Tranfer

NOTE: Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven days.

Check-out Instructions
After winning an item in and auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you will have two (2) check-out options:

• Pay Now: Click the 'Pay Now' button on the top of the ad to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. Select 'Pay Now' ONLY after winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase.
  
• Pay Later: If you do not wish to Pay Now or wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, we will send you an e-mail to your eBay-registered e-mail address within 3 hours of auction close. If you have not received this email within 24 hours of auction close, please contact us at maria@brimes.com with your eBay auction number and email address associated with this winning bid.

Shipping Terms
We offer shipping to all 48 continuous US states and Canada via UPS ground. International Buyers please contact us at maria@brimes.com for shipping rates. Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. Our preferred shipping method for domestic shipments is UPS Ground, please be aware that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. USPS will be used when street address is not provided.

• Payment must be received within one week of the auction close. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item if payment has not been received within this time frame.
• Please allow 3 business days after payment is received for your order to be processed before shipping.
• Some item may NOT qualify for combined shipment due to its weight, fragility or if item is shipped by a third party partner.
• Please see individual item listings for specific shipping cost and information.

Sales Tax
A 7.75% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to California.
Sales tax is calculated only on the extended price (unit price x quantity) total, excluding shipping and other charges.

Buyer Feedbacks
Every day at about 7:00am Pacific time, we automatically leave positive feedback in response to all the positive feedback we receive. 

Return Terms
All sales come with Brimes International Inc.  If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. Specific terms are:

• For replacement, merchandise must be returned in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
• Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
• Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
• Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
• Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 3 days from delivered date.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
• Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.

Return Procedures
Please send an email to maria@brimes.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.

Brimes International Inc. is not responsible for any merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms:

• We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.
• Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase.
• Any returned items that have any signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
