We offer shipping to all 48 continuous US states and Canada via UPS ground. International Buyers please contact us at maria@brimes.com for shipping rates. Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. Our preferred shipping method for domestic shipments is UPS Ground, please be aware that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. USPS will be used when street address is not provided.

If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. Please send an email to maria@brimes.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.
