*Expedited Shipping: UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver delivery are available during checkout. To view pricing for these options, you may scroll down the page to the Shipping and Handling section of the auction. All orders being shipped UPS 2nd Day Air will take 1-2 business days for delivery. Orders being shipped Next Day Air Saver will be delivered the next business day by the close of business (7pm in most areas). 

          **All orders being shipped 2nd Day Air on a Thursday or Friday, will not be received until the following Monday or Tuesday respectively. Orders being shipped Next Day Air Saver on a Friday will not be received until the following Monday, unless you setup Saturday delivery with us. Saturday delivery is $25 in addition to the Next Day Air Saver charge. Please contact us for availability and instructions for payment.

*International Shipments (Including Canada): All international shipments will be done through USPS. Any and all customs/duties fees will be your responsibility upon delivery. 

*Damaged Shipments: In the event of a damaged shipment, you must contact us to start the claims process. We will not replace damaged items that you ship back to us without following proper UPS procedures.

Seller reserves the right to use a different shipping carrier without prior notice.

*Return Policy: DLP/LCD lamps are only returnable under warranty for testing/replacement, no refunds will be given. If the lamp is tested to be in complete working order, a $7 return shipping fee will apply. If the lamp is found to be defective, you will be issued an immediate replacement. All boards and modules will carry a 7 day return policy for exchange or refund (if opened, a 25% restocking charge will apply). 

*Warranty: All lamps, boards, and modules will either carry a 90 day, 180 day, or 1 year warranty, which will be listed in each respective auction. The warranty will start on the day of purchase and all lamp warranties cover up to one replacement lamp during the warranty period specified in the auction. In order to process a warranty claim, either contact us by using the contact seller link above, by email, or by phone (866.400.0778) to request an RMA form. Once the item is received, we will replace all items found to be defective. If no defect is found and the item is in complete working order, a $7 return shipping fee will apply.

*Feedback Policy: We will automatically leave feedback when it has been left for us. Please contact us before posting negative or neutral feedback; we would like the chance to resolve any issues.

          **Updated eBay Feedback Policy: Under eBay's new feedback policy, neutral feedback now counts against the seller, much the same as negative feedback. Please contact us before leaving either to give us a chance to resolve any issues.
