No refunds or exchanges on defective items without prior authorization from Items4yourPleasure. Items4yourPleasure reserves the right to have the buyer return the defective item directly to the manufacturer, if the item is covered under a warranty, for replacement. Items4yourPleasure must be notified within (seven) 7 business days of the receipt of the merchandise of a defective. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refused Delivery: Returns falling under this category will be treated like unauthorized returns and will consequently incur a restocking fee of 20% . The buyer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost if the item is still in stock incurred by the action of refusing the delivery.  If the item is out of stock at the time of the transaction the buyer will be issued a refund less the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. If an item is damaged during shipping you will need to file a claim with the carrier.
