Televisions and Large Items:

• Plasma / LCD 42” and above are shipped via freight only. No exceptions.
• Projection screen televisions are shipped via freight only. No exceptions.
• Fixed freight costs in auction include insurance.
• Fixed freight costs are to business addresses only.
• Residential deliveries and deliveries requiring lift gates will be subject to additional charges.

International Orders:

• International orders must be paid using Paypal.

Shipping Charges: Winning Bidder pays all shipping charges.

Shipping Insurance: Shipping insurance is required on all electronic items and items over $200. Insurance is included in the shipping fee for these items.

Combined shipping is available: Shipping on the first item will be full price and each additional item will be half price. Shipping cost is determined using the shipping calculator in the auction. Combined shipping is not a automatic feature. If you wish to have your items combined please let us know.

Local Pick-up: Please contact us at 1-843-763-3331 to schedule a pick-up of your item. Pick-Up must take place NO earlier than 24-hours after payment is received.

We are more than happy to assist with the loading of local pick-up items, however, please come with appropriate supplies to make sure that the item can be secured into your vehicle.

We strive for 100% positive feedback and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will be happy to demonstrate any product to assure you that the item was accurately described in the auction.

We do our best to supply detailed and accurate information about every item we sell. We strive to provide a very positive experience for our customers with outstanding customer service. However, it is the responsibility of the bidder to carefully review all item photos and description and ask appropriate questions. All sales are final.

If an item is described in working condition we guarantee it not to be DOA. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact us within 3 days of receiving an item that is DOA to file a return request for that item.

Buyers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs. Insurance is required for the full eBay final sale price. We have the option to either replace the item or provide a refund. All returned items will carry a 10% restocking fee unless the item was found to be not as described. “Not as described” items will refer to issues that directly effect the value or function of a item. We describe items to the best of our ability but sometimes may overlook minor things like nicks and scrapes.
