Payments Accepted:
We accept Money Orders, Bank to Bank Wire Transfers, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express (we can discount 2% for wire transfers and money orders). Paypal is excepted on items under $1000. We will only ship to a confirmed address.
We will only ship to the billing address on credit cards after we have confirmed it is authentic.
All checks must clear before an item can be picked up or processed for shipment. We will also accept cash if a pick up is local.
Fees:
Shipments and pick up’s (in Ohio) require 7.5% sales tax.
Shipping Information:
We will process your order within 24 hours.
We will ship anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for additional shipping fees.
We will not ship to P.O., A.P.O. or F.P.O. Boxes.
All items are shipped fully insured at no additional charge to you.

Pick-Up:
Items can be picked up 3-5 days after auction ends due to shipping from our warehouse (shipping fees may still apply - please contact us for more information).
Delivery:
We will contact you with tracking information and expected arrival date. Items usually arrive within 5-7 days after processing of order.
Returns:
If an item arrives with noticeable external damage, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. Internal inspection MUST be done while the driver is present. THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS INTERNAL INSPECTION PROCEDURE.
All defective items will be handled through the manufacturer. Non-defective returns are accepted. There will be a 25% restocking fee. Everything must be returned in the original packaging.
