Defective products can be returned for replacement or credit
(30) days from the ship date.
All returns must be in the original box with all packing
materials, cables, manuals, accessories, and UPC code on the box intact.
GOODDEALS18.com reserves the right to reject any packages that do not meet any
of the above criterias and/or impose 10% handling fee.
If your order arrives damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back to
the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, make sure carrier's
delivery record is noted regarding the damage, in order for GOODDEALS18 to file
a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived
in, notify GOODDEALS18.com within 24 hours to arrange for a carrier inspection
and a pick up of damaged merchandise
RMA Number For all returns, you
must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from GOODDEALS18 or
no refund or replacement will be issued. We will not issue credits or
replacements for unauthorized returns. DO NOT WRITE OR MARK THE BOX ITSELF. All
returned products must be in 100% complete condition.
