- We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Paypal, Cashier's Checks, and Money Orders, and checks with 7 days Clearance
- Payments paid by Credit Card, Paypal, or will be sent to the Billing address of the credit card or the address given to us by the third party i.e. Paypal. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
- Payments via Paypal will be sent to the CONFIRMED address only
- Paypal payments must be in one full transaction. If a Paypal payment is made in which we cannot accept for any reason it will be returned
- All payments made via Cashier's Check or Money Order should be postmarked within one week of the close of the auction.

 Any bidder whose payment is not received within (10) days of the end of the auction will receive a Non-Paying Bidder Alert unless the bidder has contacted us.
- (10) days after filing a Non-Paying Bidder Alert, we will request a Final Value Fee Credit through eBay.
- After requesting a final auction value refund, you will no longer be guaranteed to purchase the item at the winning bid price.
- Once eBay has been properly notified a mark will be placed on the users account (three marks is equal to a suspension from eBay for at least one month)

Products sold Wholesale (Denon, Pioneer, Yamaha) do not come with a factory warranty since we are NOT authorized dealers and selling them at wholesale prices. We offer extended warranties at a very low cost. Please contact for more information.
We exchange any UNINSTALLED defective merchandise for the same model under the following conditions :
- It is returned to us within 7 days of the buyer/winner receiving it, at YOUR expense.
- Is accompanied by a letter explaining the defect..
- Includes in the letter stating that He/She agrees that the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges both ways, and possibly subject to a 15% re-stocking fee depending on the condition of the item and packaging. Unless the product is DOA, then the buyer will not responsible for the fees.
- The return is in the original box with all packaging material, manuals, warranty cards and all else that came with it.
- Buyer/winner must email us state the eBay item number, the make and model of the item and the defect.
- You are responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns; therefore, please retain all tracking information until we ship the new item. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
- Once the package has been delivered please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.
Penalties could result if those conditions are not met.
Once we receive the defective merchandise we will replace it and ship it back to the Buyer/winner at OUR expense. Refunds only on DOA. New York Residents add 8.25% sales tax . |
