Shipping Charge:
Winner to pay UPS insured ground shipping, professional packaging and handling charge.
Shipping will be from our California warehouse. Sales tax will be charged to California residents at the rate of 8.25% and Arizona at 5.6%.
Payment
Information: Please include the auction number and item name with
payment to avoid possible delays or item mix up. I accept paypal, money order or
check. I ask that payments be received by me within 7 days of auction end.
Order Processing:
All items are carefully hand packaged and prepared for shipment within 1-2
days after receipt of payment not including weekends. Items will be held for 10 days before shipping
if paid for by personal check to allow for check clearance. Shipments will be
via UPS and tracking numbers will be available upon your request. UPS will not
deliver to a PO box so please be sure to include your street address. Please allow 7-10 days, after processing, for your package
to arrive.
Availability: All
items are in stock and ready to ship at the time of listing. On a very rare
occasion we might run out of a item. If this might happen, you will be offered a
full refund, your choice of a comparable item or you always have the option to wait until new stock arrives. I try my best to watch that
this does not happen.
My Personal Guarantee To You:
If you are not 100% satisfied, in any way, you can return for a full refund,
within 10 days of receipt of shipment, less original shipping charge. No
questions asked. Return shipping to be paid by buyer. If the item is damaged in
shipping it will be promptly replaced with picture proof of damage.
