Every piece has its own characteristics and not identical - issues should be emailed for determination of replacement. We will replace any product that has a quality defect not to include the following issues that are inherent to wood products: 1) waned edges (example, wood that appears to be missing or chipped on edges); 2) raised grain; 3) knots (loosened knots); 4) unseen surface defects (back of unit). Paint defects are recommended to use fingernail polish of like color as remedy
