Product Warranty:
All products we are selling are 100% BRAND NEW condition with warranty from its manufacturer. For any reason there is a flaw or defect, the manufacturer will replace with a new item. All flaw or defect claims must be made through us within 30 days from the date you placed your order. Please open and examine your merchandise as soon as you receive your order to protect your own interest.
Terms of Sale:
1. By "Bidding" on our auction listings or doing a "Buy it Now". You agree to make payment within 3 business days [ Sat, Sun and Holiday excluded ] in order to have your package shipped as mention in our Shipping Term. If for any reason you can not pay as required, please contact us immediately to avoid order being cancelled and left with negative feedback.
2. We have the right to "CANCEL" your order without notice if you have not met our payment due. Once your order has been cancelled, you may not have the deal as your "End of Bid" price again.
3. All products will be shipped directly from our warehouse. Returning products must have pre-approved RGA [ Return Good Authorization ] by us. You will not be credited for any return without RGA number.
4. You agree to pay sales tax if applicable as required by the state and federal law. Currently, we are charging 7.75% Sales Tax to Californian as required by the state of California.
5. Your order should be shipped within 3 business days from the date we receive your payment. If for any reason we can not ship your order, we will notify you through phone or email address you have provided at point of payment. Our inventory does go out of stock sometimes, you understand and agree that if that happens to be the case, you have options to cancel and get a full refund or have us ship as back order to you.

We can ship 3 Day Air, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air upon request. Please contact us for inventory and Express Shipping & Handling fee before bidding or buying. * The shipping rate on this listing is for UPS ground to 49 continental states. Alaska, Hawaii, and puerto Rico must go by Air, therefore, shipping rate will be charged as Air freight Rate. * We will ship internationally via USPS. Return and Exhange Policy:
* You must make a request for return within 30 days from date from date of purchase. All returns must be at it original condition and pre-authorized with a RGA number assigned from us. Return processing fee will be charged in advance before processing your return or exchange application [20% restocking fee base on sold value of the merchandise plus $12.00 for UPS Call Tag]. Once the returned merchandise has been received, we will refund you 100% of product price you had paid and tax if applicable, all Shipping and Handling fees for return items are non-refundable. International customers are subjected to Non-returnable. This term applies to the following conditions:
1. You have purchase a wrong item and would like to return. 2. You don't like the item you purchased and would like to return. 3. You can not use the item you purchased and would like to return. 4. You have a change of heart and would like to return and exchange for a different item.
* Any defect or flaw of the product is subject to exchange only. All exchanges will be shipped by UPS Ground... No exception!!!. Call Tag, restocking & listing fee does not apply in this case.
