The vanity's rich brown, almost black, coffee-like color is achieved through the use of two coats of paint and a clear-coat layer for moisture protection. It is made from solid rubberwood, a relative newcomer to high-end furniture manufacturing that's prized for its strength, flexibility, beautiful grain structure, and rot resistance. When ordering, please include your valid telephone numbers. We will not be able to process your order without the telephone number
For much lower shipping cost we can deliver your vanity to nearest Freight terminal in your area. You will be responsible for picking up your vanity from the freight terminal or you can arrange to pay for residential delivery when Freight company contacts you to advise it has arrived. Be sure to include your day time phone number when making your payment so the freight company can contact you to arrange for pickup.
Delivery
Your vanity set will be shipped to you within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. We inspect all our products before shipping. Sometimes a delaid may accure if your vanity requier an additional packaging.
We use freight / trucking company to deliver vanity's to you. The shipping company will call to set an appointment window for you to take delivery so you will know when to expect them. Buyers must be on hand to accept the shipment. This item is shipped curbside to your home or business. You will need to make arrangments to carry it inside from the curb. Local pickup is available by appointment only.
Damaged Goods
In the rare event your furniture can be damaged during the shipment. Please note the damage on the delivery ticket and contact us at 877-268-9438 at once. Please do not refuse delivery of the entire shipment due to damages to one item or damage to the packing material. ONLY refuse a shipment if you have major damage of the product itself. Please keep all undamage items.
Sometimes it is imposible to see any damages before opening the package. Please note that you will not be responsible for any damage as long as you report the damage within 72 hours. We will require at least two clear pictures of any damages to be either mailed or e-mailed to our customer service team as evidence for any claim we may make against the freight carrier. We will promptly process your request to issue a replacement along with instructions to send back the damaged package. | | | |

Shipping Policy
- All Bidders please note that the luxury vanity you are viewing is currently in stock and waiting to be shipped to you. Your vanity set will be shipped to you within 2-3 business days of receiving payment.
- All shipping are included insurance for your protection.
- Shipment tracking number will be emailed to you when it becomes available. Please email us your address (city and zip code) for rates to anywhere else.
- Sorry, no shipping to APO, FPO, PO Boxes or Military Addresses.
- Orders paid through PayPal e-check or personal check are shipped upon check clearance.
- IMPORTANT: You must check the packaging and the product contained therein for damage prior to accepting and/or signing for receipt of shipment. Kindly inspect the box and contents very carefully to insure that no damage has been sustained by the product during the shipment. We thoroughly inspect the product prior to shipping to insure that it has no visible signs of damage. Therefore, we are not responsible for damage caused to the content due to shipping. In the event that you notice damage to the packaging or content please refuse the shipment. Simply write "refused due to damage" on the delivery receipts. We will contact the carrier and start necessary steps towards replacement.
In case of refusal to accept a delivery other when damage, the consumer will be charged with delivery costs both ways. The consumer will also be asked to pay for re-delivery in advance. If our item returned, you need to pay second times for us to post your item again.
Warranty and Return Policy
- According to the the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the consumer has a 7-day cooling off period. Of course, we adhere to this. However, we do not cover return postage. Furthermore, the items must be returned new and in their original packaging.
The aim of the cooling-off period is to give consumers an opportunity to examine the goods or services being offered, as they would have when buying in a shop. This means that, as in a shop, you do not have the opportunity of actually using the item. If an item is returned in the above mentioned condition, we will attempt to refund you as soon as possible, however, please note that legally we have to 30 days to do this.
- All Claims or returns requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. All returns must be made to Modern Bathroom Vanities within 15 days of receiving your item.
- All sales come with a one-year manufacturer defective warranty, from the date you received the items. If something wrong with your purchase, please give us an exact description of your problem when you write to us, if you can also attach a photo of the item would be very helpful for us to identify the problem. Please note that there is no warranty on items that have not been correctly used or installed by a professional. We are unable to cover postage costs for the return of damaged items. We examine every item that we receive in order to ascertain that it is really a case of warranty. If this is the case, it is in our discretion whether we replace the item, repair it, or offer a refund within the warranty period. If an item is sent back to us, and proves not be a case of warranty, then the consumer will be charged with the postal fees both ways as well as the fees for our technical examination of the item.
- To expedite your return process, please also provide your eBay ID and email address with your returns.
- WE DO NOT CHARGE RESTOCKING FEES.
- You will be responsible for any return shipping expense and risk. We HIGHLY suggest you to buy shipping insurance in case of shipping damage.
