We thoroughly inspect every item before shipment and strongly against item is DOA (Damaged-On-Arrival). Please inspect the all items before signing the delivery receipt! If the item is DOA or a shortage, you must make a note on the delivery receipt and have the carrier to sign on top of it so that we can file a claim for you. Failure to do so results in no exchange/return or refund.
Upon approval of the claim, replacement for damaged items/parts is absolutely FREE OF CHARGE! Please keep all the original boxes and email us pictures of the broken items so that we can file a claim to the carrier.
All claims must be filed to us(with supporting photo taken) within 7 days from the date of receipt. Refusing delivery or returning non-damaged / non-defective item(s) is subject to a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost to our warehouse. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund will be given if we can't replace the merchandise.
Your complete satisfaction is our #1 priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, simply return it within 7 days for a full refund, less all shipping charges(including free shipping promotion).
All returns must be authorized by us and all items must be returned in original packaging in new condition. Merchandise without original packaging will be refused.
