Your order will be shipped via UPS standard ground shipping. Please be sure to inspect your shipment upon arrival for your approval and for any damage during shipping. If you need to return and item, you would need to contact us prior to returning your product so that we can process your return. Any unauthorized returns will be refused at the time of delivery and no credit will be processed.
We will gladly exchange or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise as long as you contact us within 72 hours of receipt of delivery. if for some reason the item does not work for your needs you would be responsible for the return shipping. Shipping insurance is required for returned items. Returned products must be in a new, fully functional, and undamaged condition, and must include the original box, packing materials, manuals, and accessories.
We ship inspected, undamaged items and if the item happens to be damaged during shipping we will issue a return label for UPS. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and we reserves the right to adjust the refund on the return depending upon the condition of the returned product.
