Title: The title should include information that is available for me such as brand, part/item number, size, materials etc.
Condition: I always specify in the proper box, if the item is new or used. Additional information regarding condition may be added under the title in the ‘item’s description’ section. Cleanliness; New items are new and extremely clean. Used items are wiped with damp cloth or dry brushed to remove dust and other residue, and will be in a fairly clean condition, but are not guarantied to be ‘spotless’.
Picture/s: The picture/s are of the actual item that is offered for sale/bid. If stock picture is used it will be stated.
Questions: Please feel free to ask me questions prior to placing a bid/ purchasing the item. Once you win the item, it is yours, and you are expected to pay within the allowed time. I will not issue a refund based on “I didn’t know that” … so, please ask prior to bidding.
Communication: Please communicate with me via ebay’s message system, and don’t email me directly to my email address, since I do check my ebay messages several times daily. I usually respond within less than 24 hours, and most of the time within matter of several hours. International buyers must contact me prior to purchasing for complete transaction details.
Payment: From U.S.A. buyers I usually accept PayPal, Money Orders & U.S. bank’s Cashier’s Check only (for some items I accept Paypal only). I do NOT accept personal checks. Payment is to be made (or if mailed, postmarked) within 3 business days. A payment is considered complete when either a PayPal payment is received at my PayPal account, or when a money order or cashier’s check clear at my bank account.
From International buyers, I will accept only PayPal payments within 3 business days of purchase.
Shipping & Handling: Most items will be shipped within 1-2 business days and the rest usually no more than 3 business days. Please look at my feedback comments and ratings, since it reflects the fact that items are shipped in a timely manner. Please note that delays may happen, due to emergencies.
Shipping and handling charges are set as we deem suitable, and may or may not reflect actual costs. If you agree to our shipping and handling charges, please don’t leave a feedback that says it is high etc. as we disclosed the costs prior to your purchase.
Flat fee shipping and handling, when offered, pertains only to 48 contiguous U.S. States. All other location buyers must contact me prior to purchase for shipping and handling costs.
Packaging: We pack the items neatly, mostly in new boxes but from time to time will reuse well kept used boxes & other packaging materials in order to better conserve our earth’s limited sources.
Insurance: Purchasing insurance is recommended for all purchases, but is optional for items under $40.00 bought by 48 contiguous U.S. States residents only.
We require that you purchase insurance in the following situations:
1) The total cost of the item (including S&H) is $40.00 or over.
2) Buyer resides outside 48 contiguous U.S. States.
3) All international shipments must be insured.
Exceptions to the above insurance requirements may be considered, upon pre-purchase communication. We will not be responsible to any loss or damage to items in the delivery process.
Returns & Refunds: There must be a very good reason to return an item and request a refund. The “size doesn’t fit me”, “I changed my mind, and now I don’t need it…” or “I didn’t read/see that detail..” is not an acceptable type of reasons for returns. It must be a considerable item’s condition and or functionality issue/s in order to be addressed for a refund request. Please see further details at the proper section, and note the restocking fee and none-refundable S&H costs.
