This is a brand new free standing vanity.  Due to the vanity's hand made workmanship on the wooden base, granite top, and metal finish faucet there can be few minor blemishes, scratches, and or imperfection; this is intended to make the vanity look antique.  Therefore, please do not think this is a used or a piece of antique collection.  Some assembly may be required.  The vanity has a opening on the back to hook faucet plumbing.  The vanity comes in one complete large box with faucet(s).
