2. We have the right to "CANCEL" your order without notice if you have not met our payment due. Once your order has been cancelled, you may not have the deal as your "End of Bid" price again.

3. All products will be shipped directly from our warehouse. Returning products must have pre-approved RGA [ Return Good Authorization ] by us. You will not be credited for any return without RGA number.

4. You agree to pay sales tax if applicable as required by the state and federal law. Currently, we are charging 7.75% Sales Tax to Californian as required by the state of California.

5. Your order should be shipped within 3 business days from the date we receive your payment. If for any reason we can not ship your order, we will notify you through phone or email address you have provided at point of payment. Our inventory does go out of stock sometimes, you understand and agree that if that happens to be the case, you have options to cancel and get a full refund or have us ship as back order to you.

We charge 7.75% to Californian as required by law. Customers from other states or outside of the United States are not subject to this charge.

* UPS ground is our primary shipping method. We can ship 3 Day Air, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air upon request. Please contact us for inventory and Express Shipping & Handling fee before bidding or buying.
* The shipping rate on this listing is for UPS ground to 48 continental states. Alaska, Hawaii, and outside of the United States must go by Air, therefore, shipping rate will be charged as Air freight Rate.
* We will ship internationally via USPS Priority Express Mail with tracking and insurance. Shipping rate will base on United States Postal Service plus our Handling Fee. Please contact us for detail.

 

Return Policy

 

All products are sold as “Brand New” in its original package.  Please make sure the merchandise is what you want and it will work with your fixture.  If you are not sure, please send us an email for free assistant before placing order. 

 

If you encounter any problem such as missing part or defective within 30 days of purchase, please contact us immediately to obtain a RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization before shipping back to us.  We will repair or replace at our own discretion.  If your purchase is over 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly for further warranty service or technical issue. Products sold for over 30 days from date of receipt are not returnable or exchangeable.

 

Products sold “AS IS” do not have such service or any service from manufacturers because it may not be tested or checked to see if it comes with complete parts.  Buyers’ own discretion is advised.  Any other types of return are subject to the following conditions.

 

1. Buyer must obtain RMA number, follow the return instruction and pay to ship the product back to our warehouse at your own cost.  Return without RMA number will not be processed.
2. Buyer agrees to pay a 25% restocking fee per item in your order, this charge may be made in advance or deduct from your credit.
3. All returned items must be in its original packaging, no sign of physical damage, parts shortage, or the return will not be credited to a full amount.

Refund or Exchange

 

All refund will be credited back to its original payment method, no return or exchange after 30 days.  Refund usually made within 5 ~ 7 business days after receiving of the returned products. No refund or exchange will be made before receiving of your returned products.
