It is standard policy to include shipping and handling calculators with all item listings, and is the responsibility of the buyer to understand shipping/freight charges before purchase. Please, contact us with any questions.

We ship/freight within the lower 48 U.S. States only, Alaska, HI, and any of the Florida Keys are excluded from shipping.

Items are shipped/freighted within 5 business days of payment. Notification before purchase is required for express or delayed shipping.

Items deemed too large, heavy, fragile, or expensive to ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS will be freighted.

Note: Freight to a commerical address can be substantially less expensive than to a residential address. In some cases, the savings can be as much as $100 or more. If you have access to a business in a commercially zoned area, we suggest you take advantage of the price savings.

Paypal requests sellers to only ship items to a confirmed address, however, some common carrier residential driveway drop deliveries may not be available to all confirmed address destinations due to size, weight, location, or ease of access. This means that if our carrier is unable to deliver the item to your confirmed address, you may not be able to pay using Paypal. Item can be picked up in Dallas to save shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for all shipping/freight charges.


Return policy:
All items are sold as is and as described. If you are not sure, ask before bidding. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt and must be returned with all parts, packing materials and documentation. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items are sold as-is, and are described to the best of our ability. They consist of new, new old stock (NOS), "scratch and dent", and customer returns. Designer Home Surplus is not responsible for any damage incurred after the item leaves the warehouse.

We do not offer warranties on our items other than the 7 day return policy. Please, note that we are not an authorized dealer of this product and any warranty included with the product may not be honored by the manufacturer.

Most items are new never used and it is assumed they function properly when they leave us. We test all items that operate on 110 volts.
