Easy Return policy
You may return any item by contacting our
customer service department, either by phone or by email to obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). RMA# must be on the outside of the packet as
well as on all documentation. Any returns with out a valid RMA# from us
will be charged $20.00 as handling fee. All costs related to return shipping
must be paid by customer.
Wrap the package securely, and ship the package
to the address below. Please indicate the RMA# and reason for return on the
packing slip, and include the packing slip with the item you are returning.
Remember to put the RMA# on the outside of the package underneath the address.
