Blanket Throw, Royal Blue with Black Strap Holder

This listing is for a Royal Blue blanket throw. It has a black strap with closures to keep it rolled up. It is new without tags and has never been used. It appears to be small in size, but I have not unrolled it to measure.

RETURN POLICY DETAILS:
All return items must be returned within 7 days. The refund will be given as cash via Paypal. An item may be returned for an Exchange/Refund of your winning bid (not shipping/Insurance). The item must be unworn/unused/unopened with all orginal tags. Items that are listed as "AS IS" OR "CLEARANCE" are not returnable.

You must include your eBay auction #, eBay User ID and your full name. Your Exchange/Refund can be delayed significantly if you do not include this information. PAYPAL is the preferred method of payment. I will also accept USPS Money Orders. (Only US POSTAL SERVICE) No other type of Money Orders, no Personal checks. International buyers must use Paypal.

We ship to the lower 48 States, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Europe, Germany and the United Kingdom.
Every effort is made to ship all items the most economical way. Buyers usually will have a few choices of shipping methods.

SHIPPING TO CANADA, EUROPE, GERMANY, UNITED KINGDOM:
All International shipments will be charged a $2.00 handling fee. Most shipments are sent FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL WITH USPS and that requires making a trip to the post office. Paypal only gives the choice of PRIORITY and EXPRESS to International destinations.
