The shipping rates shown are for the lower 48 states. After receiving payment, item is shipped within 2-4 business days. For ground shipping please allow item/items 7-10 business days. Sorry, no shipments to AK, HI, US Virgin Islands, PO Box, APO/FPO or Puerto Rico addresses at this time.
Return authorization number required. We allow a 7 day inspection period upon delivery. If in the event you receive an item that is defective or damaged we will exchange the product. Please contact us for a return authorization # within 7 days of delivery. You as the buyer pays return shipping of the item and we will re-ship a replacement. If damage is due to shipping company we will assist in damage claim. If in the event you do not like the item there will be a 20% restocking fee, you as the buyer pays all return shipping, and actual original shipping costs will not be refunded.
