Each item description includes all the information we have about each specific item we have for sale. If you have a general question about the item's features/functions, please contact us.
All photographs of our items are stock photos and may have a little bit difference with actual items. If additional photos of the actual item are necessary to illustrate cosmetic condition, they will be included as secondary photos in the auction listing.
All items listed as included in our description are included. If an item is specifically noted not to be included, or is not mentioned in our description, then it is not part of the sale. If you have specific questions about what is included with an item, or the extent to which an item is working, and the answer is not provided in the listing, please assume it does not have that feature/function and bid/buy accordingly or contact us for information.
PAYMENT METHOD |
PayPal is accepted. Payment must be made with an account that has a confirmed shipping address within the USA. If your confirmed address is a PO Box, your payment may be returned. We reserve the right to ask PayPal users without a verified shipping address for proof of ID and shipping address.
Visa and MasterCard through PayPal ONLY. We also accept money orders, or a bank cashier's check. We cannot ship the merchandise until your payment has been made.
NOTE, Bank "Personal" Money Orders or cashier's check will be held until cleared.
We do not accept personal checks.
Payment is due IN FULL within FIVE (5) days of auction end with winning bid or buyitnow; If we do not receive payment in that period, item will be relisted right away.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling is just the continental United States ONLY. We DO NOT ship outside of the USA. This includes: Canada, Puerto Rico, or any of the recognized territories of the United States that are not part of the continental U.S. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We may consider shipping elsewhere if a potential buyer contacts me to arrange it and there would be an additional price. INTERNATIONAL, ALASKA AND HAWAII BUYERS NEED TO CONTACT US BEFORE BIDDING/BUYING!
Failure to provide an appropriate shipping address is subject to Restocking fees. Our fees are set at 20% of the total amount you owe or have already paid us for the item. There is a 20 % of total price for restocking or $2.00 minimum charge for all re-stocking fees.
We ship all items with FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS, depending on the size of the item and/or your mailing address. We do reserve the right to choose which shipping carrier we will use to ship your order.
We do Combine Shipping costs. Shipping Rates are as listed on the Auction/BuyItNow list and are NOT negotiable.
It is up to you, the consumer, to be sure that your payment profile information is current and accurate at all times. Dreamsofuniverse is not responsible for any inaccuracies to your name, mailing address, email address, or phone number registered with your PayPal information, or eBay account.
We Ship to United States Paypal Confirmed accounts with US addresses only when paying with paypal.
We will ship to any US address when payment made by money order.
We do pick up with appointment . There will be a $5.00 Processing/handling fee on all local pick-ups, please contact
us and arrange schedule pick-up date. Pick-up times are Monday thru Friday 10AM-3PM. No pick-ups allowed on Saturday/Sunday
/Holiday. (Without processing/handling fee, product will not be released!) A $5.00 processing/handling fee only applies when picking
up in person. If you chose to have your item shipped, our processing/handling fee is already included in the shipping fee of the order.
No third Party or C.O.D. shipping arrangements, NO EXCEPTIONS. We may accept pick up but with appointment.
We will proceed with shipping after receipt and processing of payment is clear. All items are usually take 1-2 business days for processing and shipping time within around 5-7 business days depends on locations. This can vary from time to time, depending upon the volume of sales too. Please note that if sales volume is high, this can mean an unexpected delay in shipping of your package, however, we do our best to ship all packages in a timely fashion. An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm that your item has shipped along with a tracking number. If you find you are unable to track the shipment with your tracking number, and it has been over 24 hours since you received the number, then please email v_best_4buy@yahoo.com for assistance.
Once again, we are not responsible for ANY and ALL shipping damage once they leave our control. Shipping damage refunds are the responsibility of the customer and the shipping company. Shipping charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances.

Return Policy :
Our customer service and customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply inform us and ship it back to us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly give a full refund of your purchase minus shipping, restocking fee and insurance fee (if any). Warranty covers manufacturers defects only, no returns and refunds after 7 days. Removing the set from the package to inspect the color and feel the wonderful fabric is fine. Once the sheets have been unfolded, they are not resaleable and not returnable.We do not accept returned items that have been used, laundered, wrinkled or soiled. Items that are special ordered are not returnable. Health Department regulations do not permit us to accept open packages of bedding set including : sheets, duvets, mattress pads, pillow cases, and pillows for refund or credit. Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging or that may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns that do not meet our return standard policies, will be sent back to customer at there expense. Return shipping costs is buyer's responsibility.
After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for refund, we will credit the approved refund amount. We do not accept COD returns in any kind.
We will work our best with you to ensure positiveexperience for both parties. There are no returns without a ReturnAuthorization Number (RAN). Please email us for return address & info first.
