FORM OF PAYMENT
We accept
, Money Order, Cashiers Check and Personal Checks. Personal check will be held for up to 10 days. Payment
is expected to be mailed within 3 days of completing checkout. When
mailing payment, make sure to include item number and other details. Please make your check payable to Topnotch Linen. Non-payment bidders will not be entertained and will be prohibited from our future auctions.

Payments by credit cards:
We
accept Credit Cards through AuctionCheckout. After the auction has
ended, as the winning bidder you can click the “Checkout Now” button
below which will redirect you to the AuctionCheckout checkout system.
You will then enter the item number and your eBay ID and then complete
the transaction.


SALES TAX
By law, we are required to collect sales tax of 8.25% on all sales with a delivery address in California.
HANDLING TIME
We
always try to ship as soon as possible after we receive the payment. In
unfortunate situations, it may be that we do not make our ship schedule
due to system software issues, server issues or family emergencies. In
these cases, we will always attempt to email you to let you know that
we are experiencing unforeseen circumstances. Please work with us in
these rare instances.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We
offer FREE Insurance to all the domestic shipments. Our
Shipping/Handling fee includes postage, handling fee, supplies, storage
cost, and administrative fees. All the items shipped within US will be
provided with a tracking number on request. Our shipping and handling
rate is for 48 continental states only. Shipping charges for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico incurs extra charge. P.O. Box addresses will be shipped via USPS as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
INTERNATIONA L SHIPPING
We ship world wide. We also ship to APO and PPO addresses. International buyers please email us to obtain a shipping quote.
COMBINE SHIPPING
We offer combined shipping on multiple purchases that can save our customers a great deal of money. Win more than 2 auctions and get a combined shipping discount of 10.00%-15% on the total Shipping. After you win multiple auctions, wait for us to send an invoice which includes the combined shipping discount.
LOCAL PICK UP
We do not offer local pickup of any kind.

Positive feedback is left automatically when winning bidder leaves a positive comment for us.
RETURN & REFUND POLICIES
In
the event that a customer wishes to return an item, they must mail the
item back in the same condition that it was received. Items
must include original packaging with all the accessory and documents
and must be in a resalable condition. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT any used,
washed or damaged goods. After inspecting the items we will
refund the full purchase price for the item minus a 15% or $5
restocking fee (whichever is higher). We do NOT refund any shipping,
packing or handling fees. Shipping charges
for the merchandise return is the responsibility of the buyer. Always
e-mail us for concerns of return or exchange.
RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM
In
the event that a customer receives an item different than the item that
appeared at auction, the customer will be fully refunded for that item
including all shipping costs and packing/handling fees related to that
item as well as return shipping costs.
LOST ITEM
In
the event of missing or lost auction item, the customer will be fully
refunded for that item including all shipping costs and
packing/handling fees related to that item.
