Shipments go out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, after payment has been received the evening before. I can not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO's, Hawaii, Alaska or Internationally (Canada). I will only ship to the lower 48 states. Insurance is usually included, unless noted in the listing.
