Note: All down and feather-filled products are packed very tightly for shipping. When you receive your items, carefully remove them from their packaging to avoid cutting or damaging them. Then, gently fluff them and allow an additional 24 hours for down and feather products to recover their full loft and air out. When sealed in plastic packaging, the minor scent of cleaned and sterilized natural products like down and feathers must be allowed to dissipate after opening.
