Returns
All sales are final, we will do everything and anything to ensure accuracy in the description and processing of your order, returns will only be accepted for items erroneously misrepresented. Any and all claims pertaining to a defective item will be directed to the manufacturer for cases where a warranty is provided. Items damaged during shipping will be claimed through carrier. We will answer all and any question you might have before, during and after the transaction. By bidding on one of our items you agree to these rules and those outlined in the user's agreement.

Coastal Video Security, Inc. accepts payment through PayPal, or Money Order. We can also process your credit card over our secure server, call us at 800-215-2294. Payment is expected within 3 business days after EOA. Contact us with any question. There's a 6% sales tax charged to FL buyers

Shipping
We ship from M-F and within 24 hours of receiving your payment... All shipping prices quoted are for addresses within the 48 contiguous states and do not include AK, PR, Guam, HI, APO or FPO. We would gladly ship to the above mentioned locations, but you must understand that the price of shipping will undoubtedly change. It is the buyer's responsibility to ask before you buy.
