All items returned to us as a change of mind/unwanted item must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense. A return authorization must be issued by our returns department before any returns will be accepted. We are not a buy and try store - All items must be returned new and factory sealed.
A restocking fee will be assessed for these returns at a rate of 10% of the purchase price. Refunds are credited after subtracting the restocking fee.

Damaged Items in Shipping:
Any item received damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charge. We will file a claim for the damaged item and the carrier will schedule an appointment to inspect the item and retrieve it.
