Our S4750 "Mail House" mailbox is constructed of heavy duty electro-galvanized 20 gauge steel and stainless steel mail flap. They also feature a durable powder coat finish available in 4 contemporary colors. The incoming mail slot is approximately 1-1/2"H x 12"W providing greater security than most locking mailboxes with oversize slots. Mail is retrieved through a 13"W x 9"H locking door. Lock and 2 keys included. A non-locking thumb latch is available for purchase as an option. This mailbox can also be post mounted on our aluminum in-ground burial type or bolt down posts. Contact us for information. Don't confuse this heavy duty mailbox with a similar looking but inferior box constructed of lightweight tin and plastic.
