When the buyer receives their item, they have 2 days to notify the seller of any problems or discrepencies. (We do not refund any items damaged during shipping!)
Once a refund compromise has been established and confirmed between both buyer and seller, unless otherwise discussed, the buyer has 5 days to return the item.
The cost of the item, less original shipping, will be refunded at the time the item is received by the seller.

Shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. We ship everyday, Monday through Friday. Shipping is non-refundable. Insurance is not always required, but is always recommended, please ask before paying for your item. Once the item leaves our warehouse, it is no longer our responsibility, so if you have any doubt, please pay for insurance. The cost of domestic shipping is the weight of the item plus a $2.00 Handling fee. International shipping has a $4.00 Handling fee. |
