The 16' is the gable end width and 24' is eave side length.
This garage has (1) 9' wide x 7' high overhead door.

12" gable overhang and 18" eave overhang.

All floor plans are actual blueprints printed off of our own H.P. design jet printer and are drawn to exact scale.
All plan designs, drawings and material take offs are done right here at HAGER'S DESIGN AND SALES!
