This two story garage has the following features!
Dual pitch roof system.
Two 10' wide x 8' high overhead doors!
Two walk doors!
Two 48" wide x 36" high windows!
18" gable overhang!
18" eave overhang!
A second floor attic storage area!
Includes materials for outside stairway and 8' x 8' landing to second floor door!
Could also use a inside stairway instead!
Second floor with 8' high ceiling would be 16' wide.
This plan consists of (what you will receive):
(2) 17" x 22" Floor Plans, one showing location of openings and wall studs and one showing attic storage truss layout.
